A street dog suffering from a severe infection was struggling to take care of her puppies. The infection had caused a huge bulge in her neck, making the situation even worse. Fortunately, Animal Aid Unlimited, India came to her rescue and discovered that the bulge was actually a large abscess filled with pus.
According to reports, she appeared skinny and worn out due to her body’s efforts to fight the terrible virus while also taking care of small puppies.
We took hold of her and brought her to the hospital where we work. As we started to remove the pus, she looked at us with a trusting gaze in her eyes.
Within hours of the treatment, she had already begun eating and was on the road to recovery.
Say hello to Molly! She is now spayed and vaccinated and keeping herself occupied with raising her adorable little ones. After a few days of taking it easy, Molly was able to resume nursing her pups.
